Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels. Please provide the booking details, including the reservation number, name of the traveler, and the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation Charges:
The cancellation charges are applicable based on the time frame between the cancellation request and the scheduled start date of the booking.
- The applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the total booking amount or the advance payment made at the time of reservation.
- The specific cancellation charges and their corresponding time frames are as follows:
- Cancellation made [30 days or more] prior to the scheduled start date: Loss of deposit
- Cancellation made [15 – 29 Days] prior to the scheduled start date: [30%] of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation made [7 – 14 Days] prior to the scheduled start date: [50%] of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation made [6 or Fewer Days] prior to the scheduled start date: [80%] of the total booking amount.
- Please note that once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour, or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability.
- In the case of non-refundable bookings, no refund will be provided for cancellations made at any time.
Refunds :
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [30 days] after the cancellation request is received and approved.
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method or any other mutually agreed-upon method.
Modifications and Rebooking :
If you wish to modify or reschedule your booking instead of cancelling, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Modifications and rebooking are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability), our cancellation policy may be adjusted, and we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
