Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking with Saldoma Tours and Travel. These terms and conditions outline the responsibilities of both the customer and Saldoma Tours and Travel regarding tour bookings. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Booking Process:
- All bookings must be made in writing via email or through official communication channels provided by Saldoma Tours and Travel.
Deposit and Payment:
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of confirming the tour booking. The remaining 50% should be paid no later than 30 days before the tour commencement date.
- For bookings made 45 days before the tour commencement date, full payment is required upon confirmation of services.
- In the case of group bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be requested to confirm the reservation.
Payment Deadline:
- Full payment must be made to Saldoma Tours and Travel no later than 30 days from the date of commencement of the tour arrangements.
Price Adjustment:
- Upon receipt of payment, Saldoma Tours and Travel will provide services at the quoted price. However, we reserve the right to adjust the price if compelled by factors beyond our control.
- Any adjustments to the price will be communicated to the customer and agreed upon before the tour commencement.
Cancellation and Refunds:
- In case of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour commencement date are eligible for a refund of the deposit, excluding any non-refundable deposits or charges.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour commencement date may result in a partial or no refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Saldoma Tours and Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking without notice if payment is not received by the due date.
- Upon request, we will re-quote the tour and any applicable surcharges based on the updated booking information.
Travel Insurance:
- It is strongly recommended that customers obtain travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, cancellations, or any other potential risks during the tour.
Liability:
- Saldoma Tours and Travel will exercise all reasonable care and diligence in providing tour services. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay arising from circumstances beyond our control or as a result of the customer’s actions.
Liability:
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in the tour activities. It is advisable to consult a medical professional regarding any health concerns before embarking on the tour.
Jurisdiction:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in Kenya.
